You can save up to 30% when you buy a package of several sessions here.

You are not entitled to a discount if you buy several individual sessions separately.

Once you have purchased a package of several sessions, you immediately receive a coupon allowing you to book your sessions with eligible coaches.

You can use the coupon right away to book your sessions.

When you book a session with a coach, your coach has 24 hours to accept or decline your request. If they do not accept within 24 hours, your coupon will be re-credited and you will be able to make a new booking.

Yes, you can ask for a refund for unused sessions within 12 months of the purchase.

Booked sessions that were not cancelled at least an hour before the appointment are not refundable. Check our full refund policy here.

If you’ve purchased several sessions with Standard Coaches you will not be able to book our Top Coaches.

If you’ve purchased several sessions with Top Coaches, you’ll be able to book with our Top and Standard coaches.

Yes, you are allowed to cancel or reschedule a session up to one hour before your appointment.

Yes, you can message coaches anytime from their profile page, by clicking on “Message”. You will also receive your coach’s contact details once your session is confirmed.

We select our coaches based on their experience in recruitment, at the relevant firms. We aim to present coaches from a variety of firms and locations. We reject many coaches who would like to provide their services on CaseCoach. We unlist any coach who does not meet our quality standards.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the coaching, please reach out to support@casecoach.com mentioning the reason why you are unhappy. We will get in contact with you. You can also rate your session on the platform.

Yes, all our coaches will be able to help you prepare for the case interview. The format of the case interview is identical for all entry levels. That said, we recommend that you pick a coach who has worked at a similar level and will relate to your seniority and experience.
If you look to prepare for the fit interview, only a small number of coaches will be able to help at this level. Please message the coach ahead of making a booking to check that they do. You can also contact us if you need help selecting the right coach.

If your interview consists in solving a case, our coach will be able to help you.
Our coaches have various interviewing experiences. Have a look at their profiles and message them ahead of making a booking to make sure they can help you.

Coaches typically use their own cases. However, if you want to do a case in a specific function, industry or level of difficulty, message your coach prior to the session to discuss it.

You will receive verbal feedback during the session as well as written feedback in your CaseCoach account after the session.

You can submit a review for each completed session from your coaching sessions page.
You can also leave a review for your coaching package purchase.

The coupon is valid 12 months after the moment of the purchase. If you haven’t used all of your sessions you can ask for a refund.
