What happens once I have purchased a coaching session?

Your coach will receive your request as soon as you make the booking. They have 24 hours to accept or decline. If your coach does not accept your request within 24 hours, you will be able to reschedule the session at another time or to request a refund.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session once the coaching session is confirmed by a coach?

Yes, you are allowed to cancel or reschedule a session up to one hour before your appointment.

I am interviewing for a Manager, Project Leader, Principal or Partner role. Can your coaches help me prepare?

Yes, all our coaches will be able to help you prepare for the case interview. The format of the case interview is identical for all entry levels. That said, we recommend that you pick a coach who has worked at a similar level and will relate to your seniority and experience.

If you look to prepare for the fit interview, only a small number of coaches will be able to help at this level. Please message the coach ahead of making a booking to check that they do. You can also contact us if you need help selecting the right coach.
